I was in IGA standing in the ice cream section looking for our favourite ice cream (Neopolitan Coaticook) when a couple posted up behind me. Seemingly distressed, the words poured out of him:

Oh shit there’s no more ice cream

It’s completely gone – there’s none left it’s completely cleaned out

So there’s no point right?

Well look, It’s totally gone so there’s no point right

We should just go. Look, it’s completely gone!

There’s no point it’s completely, none left. There’s no more let’s just go

She didn’t say much back to him. I didn’t say anything either. He was pretty intense about it, but I understand. There was actually lots of ice cream left, just no Coaticook. We left with nothing
